By making a booking with Pride Stays, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made directly through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or any third-party booking platform.

• Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment or advance payment, as applicable.
• Pride Stays reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking if incorrect information has been provided or if the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information during the booking process.

• Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid government-issued identity proof.
• Pride Stays reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.

• Booking charges must be paid as per the payment terms communicated during reservation.
• Any pending amount must be cleared before or during check-in unless otherwise agreed.
• Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded after inspection of the property, subject to deduction for damages or unpaid charges.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the booking plan selected at the time of reservation. Where applicable:

• Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures unless specifically agreed by Pride Stays.

Guests agree to:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the apartment.
• Respect neighbours and avoid excessive noise.
• Use the property responsibly.
• Keep all furnishings and appliances in good condition.
• Follow all community and apartment association rules.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or criminal activities.
• Parties, events, or gatherings without prior approval.
• Smoking inside the apartment unless specifically permitted.
• Use of drugs or prohibited substances.
• Damaging property or common areas.
• Commercial photography or filming without prior permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

• Visitors may be permitted only with prior approval from Pride Stays.
• Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors at all times.

• Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, appliances, fixtures, or common areas during their stay.
• Repair or replacement costs may be recovered from the guest.

Pride Stays strives to provide amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, power backup (where available), kitchen facilities (where applicable), housekeeping, and other services.

Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, utility failures, or circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Housekeeping schedules vary depending on the booking duration and property.

Additional cleaning requests may be chargeable.

Guests are requested to:

• Lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
• Safeguard their personal belongings.
• Immediately report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Pride Stays shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pride Stays shall not be liable for:

• Loss of personal belongings.
• Delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the website.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload harmful software or malicious code.
• Copy or reproduce website content without written permission.

All content on the Pride Stays website, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics, text, and design elements, belongs to Pride Stays or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with the Pride Stays Privacy Policy.

Pride Stays shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, utility failures, or other unforeseen events.

Pride Stays reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
