House Rules

• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

Guests are expected to:

• Keep the apartment clean.
• Handle furniture and appliances responsibly.
• Conserve electricity and water.
• Dispose of waste appropriately.
• Respect neighbors and community rules.

Please avoid loud music or excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment unless specifically designated otherwise.

Illegal activities, drug use, and unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited.

Parties, celebrations, or gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval.

Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from Pride Stays.

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly properties and with prior approval.

Guests will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged property.

Items left behind will be retained for a limited period. Shipping charges for returning items shall be borne by the guest.
