Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a partial/full refund.
• Cancellations made 24–72 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's stay.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are generally non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

Promotional, discounted, or special-rate bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified during booking.

If Pride Stays is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive:

• A full refund, or
• An alternative accommodation (subject to availability and guest approval).

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Changes to booking dates or duration are subject to apartment availability and applicable rate differences.

Pride Stays reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.
