Guest Agreement

By confirming a reservation and checking into a Pride Stays property, the guest agrees to the following:

• All information provided during booking is accurate.
• The guest will comply with all applicable laws and apartment community regulations.
• Government-issued identification will be presented during check-in.
• The apartment will be used solely for residential accommodation.
• Commercial activities, unlawful activities, and unauthorized gatherings are prohibited.
• The guest is responsible for any damages caused during the stay.
• Pride Stays is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Additional cleaning or repairs resulting from misuse may attract extra charges.
• Guests agree to vacate the apartment at the agreed check-out time.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Guests acknowledge that CCTV may be installed in common areas for safety and security purposes. No surveillance devices are installed inside guest rooms or private living spaces.

By continuing with the booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, House Rules, and Cancellation Policy of Pride Stays.
